Gisela Williams, 78, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, January 13, 2023.
She was born on February 20, 1944 in Pestovich, Germany, to the late Ernst and Emma (Schilling) Knetsch. She is also preceded in death by her brother Tommy Yates, sister Patsy Yates and step-father Thomas Yates.
Gisela is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Stan Williams, sons, Troy Williams (Heather), Michael Williams (Melissa), grandchildren Sadie Williams, Aubree Mayes, Kyle Williams, Chase Williams, one great-grandson Ashton Williams. She is also survived by two sisters Brenda Damon (Rick) and Barbara Ann Marshall (Jeff).
Per Gisela's wishes cremation was chosen and no services will be held.
The family requests that contributions in Gisela's memory be made to American Cancer Society.
