Gilman Dale Anderson

Gilman Dale Anderson, 88, of Louisville, KY passed away on February 23, 2024. He was a proud U.S. Army veteran who served his country. Dale was a dedicated mail carrier for over 42 years. He loved his family, traveling, watching his grandchildren play sports, playing cards and outings with his friends and in-laws. Dale was a hard worker with a caring and giving spirit.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Curt and Ethel Anderson and brother, Dean Anderson

Dale leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of 63 years, Corina Craddock Anderson; children, Kevin Anderson and Leanne (Donnie) Miller; grandchildren, Shaun Anderson, Cody Anderson, Carson Miller and Payton Miller; great-grandchildren, Jayden, Trinity and Michael; sister, Barbara Hurst; caregiver, Donna Graham and many in-laws, nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 3, 2024, from 5pm-8pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY. A celebration of Dale's life will be Monday, March 4, 2024, beginning at 11am at the funeral home.

A graveside service will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery - Central, 2501 N. Dixie Blvd., Radcliff, KY, beginning at 12:30pm.
