Gerald Scott Towles

Gerald "Jerry" Scott Towles, 80, entered into a peaceful rest Wednesday, December 4, 2013. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a member of Keys Ferry Baptist Church. He was a retired Tool Grinder for 35 years at Clenny Industries, an assistant Boy Scout leader, Little League baseball coach, avid bowler, wood worker and loved to deer hunt.

He is preceded in death by his parents Oma J. and Edgar V. Towles, also 4 sisters and 2 brothers.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years (Nellie); twin sons, Donald (Marcia) Towles, Ronald (Dianna) Towles and daughter, Alisia (Roy) Kellow; four grandchildren, Michael Towles, Tara Dadisman, Nicholas Towles, Tiffany Keck; seven great-granddaughters and one on the way; four brothers and three sisters.

Jerry's visitation will be Friday, from 12pm-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway) and Saturday from 9am-12pm.
Funeral Services will begin at 12pm Saturday at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel.
