Gerald Louis Sanders

Jerry Sanders, age 72, was called home on July 16, 2014 at the Episcopal Church Home. He enjoyed playing tennis, running, sailing and was an avid history buff, especially WWII aircraft.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and grandson; Keefe Sanders. He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy of eighteen years; three daughters, Kathy Williams (Duane), Deborah Sanders, Gerri Lou Monsour (Kevin); three grandchildren, Bryan and Brad Williams and Phoebe Monsour; along with two brothers, Roy Sanders (Cher) and John David Sanders (Susanne).
Visitation will be Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243 from 12-5pm with service to follow at 5pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The American Cancer Society in honor of Jerry.
