Mrs. Georgia May VanHook, age 86 of Louisville passed away on Monday, March 26, 2012. She was a founding member of Servants Heart Church, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Georgia is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Don; son, Donald W. VanHook (Phyllis); daughter, Lynda Schrader (Ken); 4 grandchildren, Heather Tenney (James), Stephanie Nestor (Eric), Jennifer Stanford (Mark), and Ian Schrader (Tiffany); and 4 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral ceremony will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 29th at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown with visitation there from 3 – 7 p.m Wednesday. Memorials may be made to Servants Heart Church Mission Fund, 12100 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, KY. 40299.
