George E. Webber, 82, of Corydon, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2013. He enjoyed farming, playing cornhole and tinkering on his cars.
George was born on June 9, 1931 in Hays, Kansas to the late Charles Lester and Leah Lavon (Lovelady) Webber.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Webber; his brothers in law, Tony (Barbara) Goodhue and Lyndon Barton; his sisters in law, Vera (Tony) Cooper and Elizabeth (Bob) Hamm.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM Monday, September 9, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial and military honors will take place at 12 on Thursday at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville.
