George Rogers Clark

George Rogers Clark, 60, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2013. George loved to ride his Harley. He could always be found in his garage tinkering with cars, woodworking, working on his motorcycles, drawing or just hanging out with his friends and faithful companion Harley D. George was an honest, humble and loving man who valued his family and enjoyed sitting at the kitchen table drinking coffee and reminiscing about life. He was a God fearing man who walked the walk.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William A and Etta Pearl Clark; brothers, Dallas Stumph and Kenny Clark and sisters, Mary Lou Gribbins and Linda Green.

George is survived by his son, Charlie (Kelly) Clark; daughter, Tammy Clark; grandchildren, Tyler, Kayla, Brandon and Ethan; sister, Brenda (Rick) Hickman; brothers, Edward Stumph, Harold (Susan)Clark and Charlie (Merlie) Clark; 21 nieces and nephews; 32 great nieces and nephews and 15 great great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 16, from 1pm-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway). Funeral Services will be Thursday, October 17, at 12:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel.
