She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Hulsey; sons, Kenneth P. Hulsey, Sr. and Stephen T. Hulsey.
She is survived by her son, Mark V. Hulsey; grandchildren, Kenneth P. Hulsey, Jr., Carey T. Hulsey, Amber R. Hulsey, Tyler J. Hulsey, Kenneth P. Hulsey, Jr. II and Lexi M. Hulsey; father, Hubert C. Farmer.
Visitation for Eva will be Thursday, October 2, 2014, from 12pm-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway). Graveside services will be Friday, October 3, 2014 at 2pm at Evergreen Cemetery 4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213.
