Gary Rice, 61, of Louisville, KY passed away on July 15, 2014. He worked for Frito-Lay, Multi-Packaging Solutions and was a member of Little Flock Baptist Church.

Gary was born on August 13, 1952, in Bardstown, KY to Wayne and Evelyn (Hilton) Rice. His father preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Ronda (Warren) Rice; mother, Evelyn Rice; children, Jason Rice (Rhonda) and David Rice; brothers, Doug Rice (Rita) and Randy Rice (Angela); sisters, Vicki Burke (Jack) and Nancy Puckett-Rice (Frank); granddaughter, Alexandria Rose-Rice; and a host of extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, July 18, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). Funeral Ceremony will be held Saturday at 10:00 am at the funeral home with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
