Gary Thomas Joiner

Gary Thomas Joiner, age 48, of Louisville, passed away Monday, September 8, 2014. He was a self-employed contractor. He was an avid dirt bike rider who enjoyed working on his '68 Chevelle. He was a very loving and caring person who loved spending time with his children. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hubert and Hazel Phelps Joiner and Louis and Alma Chandler Whitehouse.

Gary is survived by his loving children, Holly Renee Joiner and Christopher Thomas Joiner; mother, Carol Ann Whitehouse Davis (Kent); father, Hubert Thomas Joiner; sisters, Kim Joiner, Traci Titus (Craig), Marla Lewis (Max); brother, Justin Joiner; nephew, Daniel Johnson; nieces, Michelle Wehmeyer (David), Samantha Titus and Kelly Titus; great-nephews, Dailyn Wehmeyer and Henry Wehmeyer; also a host of relatives and friends.

A celebration of Gary's life will be 7pm Friday, September 12, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 10304 Dixie Highway with visitation there from 2pm until time of services.
