Gary T. Fuqua

Fuqua, Gary Thomas, 70, Prospect, Kentucky passed away on Monday, May 30th, 2022 at Baptist East Hospice Unit. Born February 6th, 1952 in Louisville, KY. Survived by his wife, Meg Fuqua, 3 daughters, 6 grandchildren, 1 sister, 1 uncle, 1 niece, 2 nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He served in the Marine Corp in Vietnam.

Gary was a carpenter extraordinaire and had a very giving heart. He loved music, nature, and swimming. He loved traveling and enjoyed the journey as much as the destination.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 3:00PM to 5:00PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville) with an additional visitation hour on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 10:00AM with service to follow beginning at 11:00AM. There will be a meal after the service at Middletown Women's Club

There will be a Celebration of Life later on.
