Garnetta Snyder
March 1, 1926 — December 26, 2013
Garnetta "Boots" Snyder, age 87 of Jeffersontown, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013. She retired from Sears after 27 years of service, and was a member of J-town United Methodist Church.
Boots is survived by her children, David Snyder (Pam) and Jan Mullinix (Tom); grandchildren, David Snyder III and Christina Owens (Anthony); 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Snider; nephew, Joe Cohen; and niece Charlene Walsh (Tom), and cousin Robert Taylor.
At the request of Boots, there will be no services.
The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of Wesley Manor for their extraordinary care, and Dr. Kenneth Anderson.
Memorials may be made to the Kentuckiana Humane Society.
