Fredria Croft, 77, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024.
She was born on March 22, 1946 in Franklin, Kentucky to Loyd and Mildred (Horne) Atkinson. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Atkinson; father, Loyd Atkinson; sisters, Wanda Weber; Brenda Perry; brother, Norman Atkinson, and long time companion Jack Strode.
Fredria is survived by her loving sons, Harry (Jeanette) Sheffield, Doug (Cindy) Sheffield, and Bubba (Michelle) Sheffield; sister, Donna Jeffries; brother, Lloyd (Tonya) Atkinson; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends who will cherish her loving memory forever.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Thursday, at the funeral home with private burial at a later date.
The family requests in lieu flowers make donations in Fredria's memory to Hosparus Health Inpatient Care Center of Louisville. www.hosparushealth.org
