Frederick M. Stewart, 67, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020.
Frederick worked for CSX Railroad (formally L & N Railroad) for 24 years. He will always be remembered as a loyal member of the Republican Party. A true Patriot. He was a dedicated and loving husband, father and opah.
He was born on November 21, 1953 in Augsburg, Germany to George and Doris Grimm Stewart. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Thomas Stewart.
Frederick is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Patricia Stewart, daughters, Kristie (Eric) Hafling, and Tiffany (Daniel) Hardin, grandchildren, Clayton Hafling, Katie (Tyler Sea) Hafling, Caston (Jessica) Hafling, Kristine Zsigray, Kassidy Brumitt, Jackson and Aiden Hardin, great granddaughter, Piper, brother in-laws, Roger (Pam) Butler, Michael (Harriet) Rutledge, and Shawn Mullennex.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm on Monday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville, Kentucky.
