Frank Wellington Lehn Jr., 54, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on January 21, 2018.
Frank was born on August 7, 1963 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Dr. Frank and Frances Laetitia Lehn.
He is survived by his siblings, Debora Williams, Rebecca Gebhart, Nancy Lehn and Mike Lehn; uncle, Mark Lehn; also good friends, Stacey Wise and his beloved companion, Beemer; and many nieces and nephews.
Frank was a surveyor by trade and enjoyed sharing his stories with others.
He has chosen to be cremated. There will be a private celebration of his life.
