Frank Fulkerson, 75, of Lanesville, Indiana passed away Thursday, December 9, 2010 at Clark Memorial Hospital. He was retired from Alcan Aluminum Company after 37 years of service. He was also a U.S. Marine.
He was preceded in death by his son, Todd Fulkerson. Frank was also preceded in death by three brothers, William Fulkerson, Jim Fulkerson and Jack Fulkerson, and one sister, Rose Gunter.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Joyce Fulkerson. He is also survived by eight brothers and sisters, Walalee Payton, Minnie Dotson, Christine Hemmerle, Elizabeth Allsbrook, Evelyn Harlamert, Clarence Fulkerson (Sharon), Eunice Jennewein and Calvin Fulkerson (Jane).
His funeral ceremony will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home Southern Indiana Chapel, 3309 Ballard Lane in New Albany with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens-East in Louisville. Visitation will be held on Monday from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
