Mr. Frank D. Chapman, age 73 of Louisville, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2011. He was a member of Jeffersontown United Methodist Church, a designated Arkansas Traveler, retiree of Corhart Refractory/Corning Glass and Sainte Gobain, and was an international traveler through work and personal experiences. He had a love of the water and his houseboat and shared many wonderful experiences there with his family and friends.
Mr. Chapman is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Billie Rose Robinson Chapman; daughter, Rev. Debora Kelly; sons, Frank Chapman, Jr. (finance' Stacey), and Christopher Chapman (Trish); grandchildren, David (Angelin) and Mark (Tracey) Howard, Tara, Patrick, Dean Jr. and Trevor Chapman; also surviving are 6 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his best friends Vinnie and Vickie Carothers.
A celebration in the Life of Frank will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 29th at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with visitation there from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
Memorials may be made to the Jeffersontown United Methodist Church to benefit children charities.
