Maddox, Fosteen, age 83 passed away Tuesday Nov.3, 2009 at Baptist Hospital East. She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Pierce and Lisa Marie Scott; two sons,Troy Wayne Maddox and Estill Bruce Maddox; and ten grandchildren.
