Floyd Ray Walker

Floyd Ray Walker, 85, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2022. Floyd was born to the late Ernest and Mary Mayes Walker on April 22, 1937.

Floyd served his country in the United States Air Force for 6 years. He later met and married the love of his life, Lenora Walker, on August 5, 1998. He retired after 30+ years working on machinery as Dye and Tool with Votaters, now known as Sypris.

Floyd is preceded by his brothers, Raymond Walker and Robert E. Walker. He is survived his loving wife of 25 years, Lenora Walker; his brother, Ernest (Nancy) Walker; his nephew, Raymond Lynn Walker; his niece, Rhonda Walker, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 10:00am – 11:00am with service to begin at 11:00am. Burial will take place at Taylortown Cemetery, 4750 Murphy Lane, Louisville, Kentucky 40241.
