Finley Cornett, Sr., age 83 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Monday, May 27, 2024 at his home.
He was born August 7, 1940 in Cutshin, KY to the late Haskell and Polly (Coots) Cornett. He retired from A&P grocery store. He loved being outside and playing golf. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ken Cornett; his loving wife, Debra Krebs-Cornett of 26 years; and son, Finley Cornett, Jr.
Mr. Cornett is survived by brother, Darrell Cornett (Voneda); sister, Wilma Nucci; son, Christopher Cornett; daughter in law, Dora Cornett; granddaughter, Angela Cornett; nieces and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.
In accordance with Mr. Cornett's wishes, there will be no visitation or services.
