Evelyn Hunt Cosby
January 20, 1930 — October 31, 2013
Evelyn Hunt Cosby, age 83 of Louisville, passed away Thursday, October 31, 2013. She graduated from the old St. Anthony's Nursing School and was a registered nurse. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Kenneth; her parents, Muriel and Nettie Bohnenberger Hunt; brothers, Fredric, Raymond and James.
Mrs. Cosby is survived by her sons, James and William (Amy); sister-in-laws, Mary and Judith Hunt and Betty Wright; brother-in-law, John B. Cosby; and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral ceremony will be 11am Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3-8pm Monday and after 9:30 am Tuesday until time of service.
Memorials may be made to the Kentuckiana Humane Society or the American Cancer Society.
