Etta Lucille "Lu" Horvath, age 73 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023. She was born on December 7, 1949 to the late Andrew and Etta Ruth Helton Horvath. Lu was preceded in death by her companion, Mary E. VanAllen on May 28, 2023.
Lu is survived by her siblings, Donna Salas and Michael G. Horvath; and a host of family and friends.
