Mrs. Esther Seelmeyer, (nee Friedrich), age 91 of Louisville, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2010 surrounded by her family. She was a native of Cincinnati, a homemaker, former co-owner of East End Plumbing Supply and a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Seelmeyer.
Mrs. Seelmeyer is survived by her daughter, Christine Niemann (Charles); sons, James Seelmeyer of Louisville and Gary Seelmeyer (Mary) of Great Falls, Montana; grandchildren, David Seelmeyer, Michael Seelmeyer, Andrew Block, Jaime Seelmeyer and Jillian Seelmeyer; three great-grandchildren, and her extended family of step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren, including Sarah Sheets (Dan) and Susan Sutherland (Claude) and their children. She is also survived by her sister, Helen Schmidt and numerous other Cincinnati family members.

Funeral ceremony will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2-8 p.m. on Monday and after 12:00 noon Tuesday until time of service.
