September 14, 1945 — July 8, 2013
Esther M. Modesty 67 went to be with her Heavenly Father on July 8, 2013 at Norton Suburban Hospital. She was a member of Midlane Park Presbyterian Church and a member of Mooseheart. Esther enjoyed painting and music and was very talented with computers.
She was preceded in death by her parents Morton and Stella Thomas, her husband Lawrence of 36 years. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Vickie(David)Puckett, Theresa Nelson, 2 grandchildren Jack and Caroline and her sister Mary Pierce.
Visitation will be Thursday July 11, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville,Ky from 4-8pm. Service will be Friday July 12, 2013 at Midlane Park Presbyterian Church 6209 Six Mile Lane, Louisville,Ky at 11:00am with burial to follow at Middletown Cemetery.
