Ernest Wayne Holmes
June 10, 1944 — June 19, 2014
Ernest "Ernie" Wayne Holmes, 70, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2014. He enjoyed going to family cook-outs and spending time with his extended family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dallas and Victolia Holmes and a brother.
He is survived by Samantha "Sam" and Mark Weyrauch and their children, Mark, Seth, Nicole, Nevaeh and Nathan; sister, Gloria Ann and brother, Freddy Holmes.
Visitation will be Sunday, June 22, 2014, from 12:00pm-6pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway). Funeral services for Ernie will be Monday, June 23, 2014 at 12p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home.
Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
