Emily Jo Outlaw, age 21 of Louisville, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017. She attended schools in Spencer County, Kentucky, and was formerly employed with Amazon. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Frank and Ila Outlaw; paternal grandfather, Billy Ray "Pap" Stump; Godfather and her cowboy angel, Steven Payne.
Emily is survived by her son, Justice; mother, Lynn Outlaw; father, Timmy Outlaw; brother, Marshall Outlaw; grandparents, Margaret and Algin Reece; uncle, Chad Reece (Melissa); uncle, Butch Stump; aunt and Godmother, Linda Payne; cousin, Stacy Payne; and a host of relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be 1-3pm Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown, followed by a celebration of Emily's life at 3pm.
Memorials may be made to the family.
