It is with deep sorrow and much love, that we announce Elsie Fagela Campos Lowden left this earthly world on May 15, 2022.
Born in Laoac, Pangasinan, Philippines on April 5, 1946 to the late Rosendo and Leonida Campos, Elsie immigrated to the US in September of 1972 after graduating college. She enjoyed tending to her beautiful garden and singing in the church choir. Her devout Catholic faith and her family were her treasures in life.
Elsie was preceded in death by her son, Denny Ray; parents; and siblings, Avelina and Rodrigo. She leaves behind her husband of 45 years, Dennis; daughter, Kimberly Cook (Adam); son, Derrick (Kacie); along with grandchildren: Vida, Isa, Gabe, Nevaeh, Jo, AJ, and Addie; step-granddaughter, Amelia; and 2 expected great grandsons. She is also survived by her siblings: Jose (Lily), Natividad, Bernardita, Melecio (Malou), Esterio (Wilma), Juanito (Velva), and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions- Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 am on Friday, May 20, 2022 at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church (5431 Johnsontown Road) with Entombment to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to Bernheim Arboretum & Forest in Elsie's honor.
