Elroy "Ken" Farris , 83, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on June 3, 2018.
He was a member of Melbourne Heights Baptist Church.
Ken was born on March 11, 1935 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Aaron and Frona (Nelson) Farris. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 55 years Patricia J. Farris.
He is survived by his children, Kenneth D. Farris (Karen), Kevin W. Farris and Scott T. Farris (Kelly); grandchildren, Brittany, Ryan (Kara), Davis (Alee), Mackenzie, Madeline, Charlton and Olivia (Sean); great-grandchildren, Penelope, Everett, Ava and Jackson and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 12:00pm until 6:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243).
His funeral service will be on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 10:00am at the funeral home with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
The family would like to express their deepest appreciation for the love and care shown by all the staff at The Episcopal Church Home.
