Elizabeth Robb

Mrs. Elizabeth Daugherty Robb, age 48 of Louisville, passed away December 23, 2010. She was a very faithful member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and Music Ministry, Sunshine Ladies Bible Study, a member of Pi Beta Phi, board member of the AGC of Kentucky, entrepreneur all her adult life and currently employed with Jack Huhn Plumbing and passionate advocate of the Yager Group. She graduated from Hillsdale College in Michigan and was an active supporter of Christian Academy in Louisville. She was preceded in death by her father Larry Daugherty, her brother Benjamin Daugherty and her grandmother Ruth Woolfolk.

Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband of 25 years Doug; children, Samantha and Michael; her mother, Patricia Ruth Rechter Daugherty; sister, Heather Snyder (David); and her brother, William Daugherty (Lori). Also surviving are a host of family and a multitude of friends.

Celebration services will include visitation at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown 1-7pm Thursday, January 6, 2011 and Friday from 11am to 1:30 pm. A service to celebrate Beth's life will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 7, 2011 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 13800 Aiken Road, Louisville, Ky.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Pleasant Grove Church Elevator Fund or the Alzheimer's Association.
