Mrs. Elizabeth Rose Egger, age 91, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at the Episcopal Church Home in Louisville. She was a member of Faith Community Church UCC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilhelm Egger.

Mrs. Egger is survived by her two sons, John Egger(Jamie)and Wilhelm Egger (Susan); three daughters, Gretchen Price (Peter), Helen Critchfield (Milton) and Louise Gillespie (Curtis); and two sisters, Ruth Blunschi and Margaret Wesley. Also surviving are 14 Grandchildren and 4 Great-grandchildren.

A celebration of Mrs. Egger's life will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive. Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m. in St. John Reformed Church Cemetery in East Bernstadt, Ky. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Monday and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take form of contributions to the Faith Community Church UCC or the St. John Reformed Church in East Bernstadt.
