Elizabeth Ann "Liz" Ballard, 40, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2019.
She was born on March 2, 1979 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Daniel Holcomb and Mary Bauer.
Liz is survived by children; Bryce Rose and Simon Beavin, mother Mary Bauer, siblings Carl Ballard and Susan Ballard. She is also survived by two nieces, two nephews, cousins and friends.
Services are currently pending but will be private.
