Elinda "Kaye" (Hollins) Howard, 63, of New Albany passed away on November 8, 2011. Elinda was born on August 4, 1948 in Corbin, Kentucky to Juanita C. (White) Hollins and the late Raymond Hollins.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Pete Howard; daughter, Tiffani K. Real (John); son, David L. Howard; sisters, Susan Bell (Stephen), Glenda Hartman, Teresa Hollins Keown (Joe), and Kimberly Paris (Philip); brothers, James Hollins and Timothy Hollins (Tonya); grandchildren, Oliver, Annabelle, Emmeline, and Everett.
Visitation will be 2 to 8 PM on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana) and 9 to 11 AM on Monday at First Assembly of God Church (2778 Charlestown Road, New Albany). Her Funeral Service is at 11 AM on Monday at the church followed by burial in Ekron, Kentucky.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society (701 West Muhammad Ali Boulevard, Louisville, KY 40203-1916) or Hosparus – the Community Hospice of Southern Indiana (624 East Market Street, New Albany, IN 47150).
