Elaine H. Vance, born on September 22, 1946 on Baker Hill in Hazard, Kentucky to the late Willard and Elizabeth (Garrett) Hudson. She departed this life on February 1, 2021 at the age of 74.
The 4th of 10 children, she was the oldest daughter. She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers , Ronnie Gene Hudson and Willard "Harry" Harrison Hudson. She was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. Elaine loved her church, but more importantly - she loved her Savior.
Elaine is survived by her loving partner of 26 years, Jack Pardue; two sons, Raymond Vance II and Justin Pardue; grandsons, Jayden and Jeremiah; three brothers, Danny Hudson, Mike (Sue) Hudson and Randy Hudson; four sisters, Carol Hudson, Vickie Lynn (Wes) Gillock, Hazel (Mike) Coffey and Teresa (Rick) Jones and a host of nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, (1403 South Park Road ). Her Funeral Service will be at 4:00 pm on Saturday, at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.
The family requests that contributions in Elaine 's memory be made to the WHAS Crusade for Children .
