Edward B. Fuell, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at his winter home in Largo, FL. He was a native of Danville, KY., but spent his adult life in Louisville. He was a WWII Air Force Veteran as a navigator and had a life-long love of flying. He retired after 35 years of service with Bell South Telephone Company and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and the Breeze-Shooters. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Catherine, in 1995.
Ed is survived by Viola Beshear Fuell, the love of his life for the past 12 years; step-son, Jim Hughes; grandson, Gregory Hughes; great-granddaughter, Kaylee Hughes; and his dear friends, Bill and Sheila Manning of Largo, FL.; and a host of friends.
Funeral ceremony will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 9, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Memorials may be made to Hosparus.
