Edward Lee Campbell

June 10, 1936 — February 24, 2017

Edward Lee Campbell, 80, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2017 in New Albany. A loving husband, father, grandfather, friend, and neighbor, Lee farmed for many years, retired from Fabri-Form in Pekin and was a veteran of The United States Army.

Lee was born on June 10, 1936 in Clark County, IN to the late Homer Campbell & Rosalee (Horstman) Jackson. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Marilyn (McKown) Campbell; son, Craig Campbell; and 6 brothers.

He is survived his sons, Danny Campbell and Darren Campbell (Jena), all of Pekin; grandchildren, Amanda (Jeremy), Daylon, and Kacey; great grandchild, Maya; brother, Billy Jackson; and sister, Sis Terrell.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will be at 11 AM on Friday at Newcomer Funeral Home with burial to follow at Martinsburg Cemetery.
