Edgar Will "Eddie" Wooten, Jr., 71, of Clarksville, Indiana passed away on Friday, February 21, 2014.
Eddie was born on November 2, 1942 to the late Edgar Wooten Sr. & Jena (Middleton) Janes. He worked as a long-distance truck driver his whole life and enjoyed traveling all over the United States. Eddie loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters.
He is survived by his wife of nearly 45 years, Rosa (Vest) Wooten; daughter, Jena Allaben (Jason); grandchildren, Sarah & Destiny Wooten; and a large extended family. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, William S. Wooten.
A Memorial Visitation will be from 1 to 6 PM on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN). His Memorial Service will be celebrated at 6 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
