Douglas W. Bright Sr., 80, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023. Doug was everything to his wife. His passion was horses fishing and growing lillies. Doug will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the honor of knowing him.
He was born on January 3, 1943 in Louisville, Kentucky to Carl and Elaine Bright. He is preceded in death by his Father, Carl Bright, Mother, Elaine Bright, and Brother, Jerry Bright.
Doug is survived by his loving Wife of 30 years, Susan Dunn-Bright; Children, Douglas Bright, Jr., Elizabeth Bright, and Jason (Mia) Brown; Granddaughter, Tessa Bright; Brothers, Carl Bright, and Louis (Maryann) Bright, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends to cherish his memory forever.
All services will be private family only.
