Dorothy Imogene Bullock

Dorothy Imogene Bullock, 88, passed away on March 17, 2014 with her family by her side. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Weldon Bullock. The second oldest of ten siblings, she was born near Stanford, KY to the late Felix and Stella Reid.
Dorothy, known affectionately as "Memaw", leaves to cherish her memory her two sons, Danny (Cynthia) and Brian (Vickie) Bullock ; grandchildren, Whitney (Adam), Matthew, Evan, Cole, Megan, and Paige; and great-grandsons Aiden and Logan.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker, Dorothy was generous with her heart and her home. She always found the good in everyone, and all who met her became a life-long friend. She was a member of Lyndon Baptist Church and a volunteer for many years at Baptist Health Louisville.

Visitation will be held 4-8 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2014, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY. The funeral service will be held Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, with burial immediately following at Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
