Doris "Jeanie" (Hawthorne) Guerin, 68, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on Friday, April 10, 2015. She was a member of Covenant Life Church.
She was born on March 20, 1947 in Louisville to the late Luther James and Ruth Marie (Hutchcraft) Hawthorne. Jeanie is survived by her husband of 42 years, Eugene Guerin; children, Keith Bolen, David Guerin, Scott Guerin, Mindy Oteman; siblings, Linda Hadden (Sam), Robin Grossman, Dale Wagner (Lori); grandchildren, Lilly, Brandy, Kyle, Lacey; great-grandchildren, Austin, Kaitlyn, Kyle, Bradley; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 1 PM to 4 PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with her Funeral Service taking place at 4 PM. Cremation will follow according to Jeanie' wishes.
Contributions in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105).
