Donna Sue Watkins

Donna Sue Watkins, 74, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2022. Donna enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. In her spare time she loved a good cup of coffee and her cigarettes. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.

She was born on June 6, 1948 in Louisville, Kentucky to William and Ruby (Elliott) Pollard. She is preceded in death by her Parents, and Sisters, Elizabeth Dianne McFarland, and Roberta "Birdie" Pollard.

Donna is survived by her loving Husband of 37 years, Johnny Oatis Watkins, Daughter, Emily Pollard (Demont Murrell), Step-Son, Keith Henderson, Step-Daughter, Lakeithia Henderson, Grandchildren, Donnisha Annamarie Conley, Donelle Latta Conley (Myrick Byrd), Aaron Stanley, Anton Smithers, Kevonte Barker, Devonte Barker, Mary Barker, and Eric Barker; Great Grandchildren, Myriah Sue-Ann Baker, Myrick Byrd Jr., Mason Conley-Baker, and A'Ziyaha Stanley, and Brother, Gary Pollard. Donna also leaves behind to cherish her memory 2 Nephews, Alfred May, and Nathaniel McFarland, and a host of Friends and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, July 1, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow in Green Meadows Cemetery
