Donna Slauenwhite

Donna Jeanne Slauenwhite 69, left the bonds of this earth to return to her Heavenly Father after a long illness on Sunday September 8, 2013 with her loving family by her side. Donna had a active social life, she was chairman of the Wednesday Compass Bridge Club and played with several other bridge groups. She loved quilting and belonged to two quilting groups; one in Shelbyville and Lyndon. Donna belonged to an antique group and was a former vice president of Middletown Womens Club. She enjoyed all pedigree dogs, especially German Sheperds. Donna was a member at St Lukes Episcopal Church in Anchorage.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years Larry, her son Robert and his wife Joy. Visitation will be Thursday September 12, 2013 from 3-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville,Ky 40243. Service will be Friday September 13, 2013 at Church of the Epiphany 914 Old Harrods Creek Road, Louisville, Ky 40223 at 1pm.
