Donna M. (Nordgren) Miller, 74, peacefully passed away on Easter Sunday, April 8, 2012 with family at her side. Donna was an avid reader and enjoyed watching hummingbirds. She loved flower gardens but especially loved her family.
Donna was born on September 22, 1937 in Olsburg, Kansas to the late Reynold and Gladys L. (Gustafsen) Nordgren.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years, Richard L. Miller, Sr.; daughters, Sherri Naville (Joe), Roxann Weigleb (Eddy), and Tiana Miller; sons, Richard L. Miller, Jr. (Teresa) and Jay Miller (Michelle); sister, Rita Prestwood (Galen); ten grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
The Memorial Visitation will be from 5 to 7 PM on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will be at 7 PM Wednesday in the Paul F. Kraft, Sr. Memorial Chapel at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (6100 Dutchmans Lane, Suite 401, Louisville, KY 40205-3284).
