Donna J. (Warriner) Padgett, 79, of Salem, Indiana passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2014. She retired from Smith Cabinet Company in Salem. Donna enjoyed greeting cards and collecting costume jewelry.
Donna was born on April 22, 1934 in Washington County, Indiana to the late Emmett and Verna (Davis) Warriner. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl Padgett; and 9 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her son, Joey Padgett (Rita); step-son, Carl Padgett (Pat); sister-in-law, Viola Warriner; step-grandsons, Chad Korff (Jennifer), Eric Korff (Kayla); and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with Donna's care.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
