Donna Mae (Howard) Edwards, 79, of Pekin, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2021.
She was born on October 22, 1941, in West Warwick, Rhode Island, to the late James A. Howard and Evelyn (Jones) Howard. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Luther Edwards, Sr.; son, Emery Duquette; son, James Duquette; daughter, Donna Moore; and son, Gary Edwards.
Donna is survived by her loving son, George Duquette; son, Larry Duquette; son, Gerald Edwards; daughter, Elizabeth (Lance) Harris; sister, Barbara Boss; brother, James (Julita) Howard, Jr.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen following Donna's wishes, and a memorial service will be held at a later date. She will be laid to rest with her husband in Chuluota, Florida. Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana) was entrusted with her care.
