Donald Robb

Donald Eugene Robb, 84, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2013.

Don was born on March 18, 1929 in Ray City, Oklahoma to the late Jerry Robb & Evelyn Bullard. He was united in marriage to Hilda Rose Adkins and to this union brought four children to bless their home. Don worked many years and retired as a mechanic for Jeffboat. He loved working with his hands, especially on cars. He was also an avid fisherman but his greatest love of all was spending time with his family.

Don is survived by his children, Mike Robb (Sandy), Collean Carroll (Josh), & Rickey Robb; sister, Thelma McRoberts; grandchildren, Michael Robb, Lisa Robb Staser, Mitchell Robb (Nina), Chrissy Carroll (James), Melody Johnson (Craig), "Lil" Ricky Robb, Pat Robb (Leah), Billy Robb (Mandi), Marcus Robb (Christina); 19 great grandchildren; & 2 great-great grandchildren. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Hilda Rose Robb; son, Bill Robb; brothers, Fred & Jim Bullard; & sister, Helen Davis.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 PM Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 1 PM at the funeral home with burial to follow at Taswell Cemetery in Taswell, Indiana.
