Donald Paul Ritchey

Donnie Ritchey, 63, passed away on April 2, 2023. He loved going fishing, hunting and spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Ritchey and brothers, Jerry Ritchey, Mike Ritchey and Doug Ritchey.

Donnie was survived by his son, Chad (Andrea) Hall; granddaughter, Sadie Hall; mother, Doris Ritchey; step-son, Jeff Hume; Jeff's mother, Pam Ritchey; sister, Paula (Jerry) Broadwater; niece, Jennifer (Jason) Scott; nephew, Steve (Mary) Arterburn; great-nieces, Jaden Johnson and Brianna Scott; life-long friend, Al (Bonnie) Schweder and friends, Keith, Rodney and Kim.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at Newcomer, Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 3pm-8pm. A celebration of Donnie's life will be Wednesday, April 12, 2023, beginning at 12pm at the funeral home.

Donnie will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY.
