Donald P. Stephens

Donald P. "Don" Stephens, 75, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana passed away on Monday morning, November 1, 2010 at his residence.

He was born on March 25, 1935 in Columbia, Kentucky to the late Paul L. and Willard Katie (Pollard) Stephens.

Don is survived by his wife of 27 years, Judy K. (Harp) Stephens; children, Linda C. Stephens and her fiancé, John Bischof, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, Carole A. Stephens-Devine of New Albany, and Kimberly A. Stephens of Mountainaire, New Mexico; step-children, Marc A. Tennill and his wife, Brenda, of Champaign, Illinois and Suellen M. Pratt of Humboldt, Tennessee; brother, Bill Stephens and his wife, Pat, of Jeffersonville; grandchildren, Jennifer, Jonathon, and Kaitlyn Stephens, Ashley and Tiffany Devine, and Christian Marcum; step-grandchildren, Amy, Justin, Molly, Adam, and Caleb Roe, and Ryan and Chad Tennill; and 9 great-grandchildren.

His Memorial Visitation will be from 12 PM to 8 PM on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home – Southern Indiana Chapel (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana) and after 11 AM on Thursday. The Memorial Service will be 1 PM on Thursday in the Paul F. Kraft, Sr. Memorial Chapel at the funeral home.
