Donald Lee "Donnie" Olson, 78, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023. He was a United States Army veteran and member of American Legion Post 204 and the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
He was born on May 10, 1944, in Washington, D.C., to Floyd, Sr., and Virginia Olson. Don is survived by his loving wife, Marlene (Guinn) Olson; son, Bryan Olson (Wendy); and numerous extended family members and friends.
Don's wish was to be cremated, and a celebration of his life will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at the Fraternal Order of Eagles (113 W. Maple Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47130).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Don's memory may be made to Disabled American Veterans or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
