Donald Isaacs

Donald Isaacs, 92, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023. Donald was an avid horse racing enthusiast and loved watching Kentucky Basketball. He always loved playing cards with his family and friends. He worked the crossword puzzle everyday and loved watching Jeopardy. Donald truly had the gift of gab and will be missed greatly by all who knew him.

He was born on October 18, 1931 in Booneville, Kentucky to Robert and Susan (Harvey) Isaacs. He is preceded in death by his Wife, Bonnie Jo Isaacs, Children, Dennis Isaacs, Pamela Jane Isaacs, Lori Isaacs, Father, Robert Whitley Isaacs, Mother, Susan Ellen Isaacs, Siblings, Elman D. Isaacs, William Edsel Isaacs, Henry C. Isaacs, Ilene Merideth Isaacs, Madeline Isaacs Paul, Glenn S. Isaacs, Ray D. Isaacs, Thomas G. Isaacs, and I. Gene Isaacs.

Donald is survived by his loving family, Grandchildren, Joshua (Ashley) Isaacs and Meghan Isaacs; Siblings, Max C. Isaacs and Charles Lynn Isaacs; Daughter-In-Law, Kelly Webster, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends to cherish his memory forever.

Visitation will be from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm on Monday, November 6, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 12:30 pm on Monday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville, Kentucky.

The family requests that contributions in Donald's memory be made to Kentucky Humane Society.
