Donald Gatton

Donald M. Gatton, 71, went to be with the Lord Sunday, April 8, 2012. He was a retired truck driver for Keys Concrete Company out of Florida. Donald was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of the Ainad Shrine Temple and Robinson Lodge No. 25D, A.F. & A.M., in Robinson, Illinois.
Donald was born on August 19, 1940 in Robinson, Illinois to the late Max and Lucille (Tohill) Gatton.
He is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie Sue (Hill) Gatton; daughters, LaDonna Tully (John), Cindy Henry, and April Hill Stevenson; son, Michael Gatton; brother, Bobby Joe Gatton (Cathy); grandchildren, Kyle, Damon, Karmen, Bryce, Alexandria, Leanna, and Shane; and Marge Gary, mother of LaDonna, Cindy, and Michael.
The visitation will be from 1 to 7 PM on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with a Masonic Service at 7 PM. His Funeral Service will be held at 12 PM Thursday in the Paul F. Kraft, Sr. Memorial Chapel at the funeral home. Burial will take place later in Robinson, Illinois.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Bonnie S. Gatton.
